Candlelight Snowshoeing
Join us every Saturday January 14th through February 18th, 2012 from 6:30 to 9:00 pm.

Candles softly glow throughout the trail as you meander under a blanket of stars. Warm up in our toasty log cabin with complimentary hot chocolate and cookies. Reservations are required. Snowshoe rental is included. Trail conditions permitting.

Candlelight Snowshoe Trek Dates:
There are no remaining candlelight snowshoe trek dates in 2012. Please check back next season.

Candlelight Admission Rates:
Adults: $15.00
Children 12 & Under: $10.00

No Rental/Bring Your Own Snowshoes:
Adults: $10.00
Children 12 & Under: $7.00

Member Candlelight Snowshoeing:
Adults: $9.00
Children 12 & Under: $7.00

No Rental/Bring Your Own Snowshoes:
Adults: $5.00
Children 12 & Under: $4.00

Reservations will be held until 7:00 pm. If you do not pick up your snowshoes by 7:00, your reserved snowshoes will go to the next person on the waiting list.

Due to lack of snow, we have been forced to close out reservations for all upcoming candlelight snowshoe treks. If the forecast changes, we will re-open registration for the remaining dates. Currently, we would need a significant amount of snowfall to be able to run snowshoeing, as the ground is quite warm.

Snowshoes are not measured by shoe size; they are adjustable and measured by weight. Please enter the quantity of each size that you need below:

Men's Sizes
Large (Up to 250+ lbs.)
Medium (Up to 200 lbs.)
Women's Sizes
Medium (Up to 200+ lbs.)
Small (Up to 160 lbs.)
Youth Sizes
Small (Up to 120 lbs.)
Extra Small (Up to 80 lbs.)

Please enter any additional questions or information in the box below. If you are bringing your own snowshoes, please let us know how many people will be coming. If you are a member, please indicate below and put the name your membership is under. Your reservation is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation e-mail from us. Please allow up to four days for your confirmation to arrive.

Tips:

*A sled is recommended for the youngest visitors that are unable to snowshoe. We do NOT have sleds available.

*Wear layers and some type of vinyl or ski pants. While snowshoeing, snow tends to kick up on the back of your legs and jeans can make this very uncomfortable
